Users are fully responsible for all activities performed through their accounts.

  • Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
  • Misuse employee information or confidential data.
  • Interfere with platform security or functionality.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of services.

5. Data Ownership

All employee and organizational data entered into Honest HRM remains the property of the customer organization.

Honest HRM does not claim ownership of customer data and will process such information only for providing the agreed services.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your data and privacy. Use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable data protection laws in their jurisdiction.

7. Subscription and Payments

  • Subscription fees are payable according to the selected plan.
  • Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.
  • Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
  • Pricing may be updated periodically with reasonable notice.

8. Third-Party Integrations

Honest HRM may integrate with third-party services including Google Maps, Razorpay, Zapier, Google Analytics, Pusher Notifications, ChatGPT, and other external platforms.

We are not responsible for service interruptions, data issues, or policy changes caused by third-party providers.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, trademarks, logos, content, and technology associated with Honest HRM remain the exclusive property of Honest HRM and its licensors.

Users may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or reproduce any part of the platform without written permission.

10. Service Availability

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, Honest HRM does not guarantee continuous availability.

Maintenance, upgrades, internet outages, or unforeseen circumstances may occasionally affect service accessibility.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Honest HRM shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages.
  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
  • Data loss caused by customer actions or third-party failures.
  • Service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

Users utilize the platform at their own risk.

The Honest HRM App is owned and operated by CreedPro LLC ("Service Provider") and is provided for commercial and business use. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for its intended purpose.

User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree that:

  • You will use the App only for lawful business and organizational purposes.
  • You will not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or otherwise exploit any part of the App without prior written permission from the Service Provider.
  • You will not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, login credentials, and access to the App.
  • You will keep your device software and operating system updated to ensure compatibility and security.

Updates and Modifications

The Service Provider reserves the right to update, modify, enhance, suspend, or discontinue any feature, functionality, or part of the App at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the App following any updates constitutes acceptance of such changes.
